Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.


• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in in Logistics and Marketing roles, preferably in the e-Commerce sector.

Skills/Requirements:

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.


• Mandatory experience in logistics operations and marketing.


• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and marketing strategies.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Strong ethical standards and transparency.


• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Great interpersonal and persuasion/influencing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery.


• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.


• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.


• Manage relationships with logistics providers, merchants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.


• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of goods.


• Analyze logistics and marketing performance data and provide insights to inform business decisions and improve processes.


• Resolve logistics-related issues and complaints from customers, ensuring excellent customer service delivery.


• Maintain organized documentation of all logistics processes and activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with marketing initiatives. 


• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports on logistics and marketing activities.
