RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Oversee the end-to-end staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

  • Update and ensure compliance of job descriptions with applicable labor laws and organizational policies.

  • Support and coordinate the performance management process to enhance employee development and accountability.

  • Develop and maintain a competitive compensation structure using market research and salary surveys.

  • Address employee issues and conflicts promptly, ensuring effective resolution in line with company policies.

  • Prepare payroll and manage statutory remittances, including pensions and taxes.

  • Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.

  • Utilize performance management tools to provide constructive feedback and improve employee performance.

  • Apply HR policies consistently across the organization.

  • Maintain and update organizational charts and the employee directory.

  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Manage and maintain HR systems and databases for accurate record-keeping.

  • Conduct performance and salary reviews to recognize and reward employee contributions.

  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.

  • Provide support, guidance, and training to HR staff as needed.

  • Design and manage benefit schemes and other employee incentive programs.



REQUIREMENT:




  • HND/Bachelor’s/MSc degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in a similar role, with BPO experience being an advantage.

  • Must be a Female.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases, such as HRIS, HRMS, SAP, or Oracle.

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to build and manage effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to diverse personalities and situations.

  • Demonstrable experience in compensation strategy design and administration.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
