Responsibilities
	- Assisted in overseeing the company's sales activities.
 
	- Independently generate sales leads for the company and also ensure target delivery.
 
	- Monitoring team sales performance.
 
	- Leads the sales team to maximize performance.
 
	- Develops and executes marketing plans.
 
	- Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the company.
 
	- Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.
 
	- Oversees sales leads.
 
	- Keeps informed of the latest trends and demands in the real estate market.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
	- Candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE, ND, OND, HND, B.Sc Degree
 
	- Must have a minimum of 1 year in a real estate company or any related organization.
 
	- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
 
	- Proven track of successful sales record
 
	- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
 
	- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
 
	- Pleasant and trustworthy
 
	- Will be in charge of Marketing the company product.
 
	- The candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
 
	- Must be residing in Lagos.
