Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and Procore.
- Define milestones, critical paths, and dependencies for MEP activities.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with schedules.
- Communicate schedule updates, risks, and challenges to the Head of Projects.
- Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and regulatory requirements.
- Support claims preparation and extension of time requests.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in MEP project planning.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Procore.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Planning Engineer (CPE), PMP, or PRINCE2.
