Based in Lagos, we are looking for a Marketing and Sales Officer who is a self-starter with a knack for driving sales and a passion for creative marketing strategies.

This role sits at the very core of our business and is arguably one of the most important. The individual in our Marketing and Sales Officer role will play an integral role in growing the business by expanding our customer base. It is a demanding role but offers great potential for job satisfaction and reward.

Day to day, the individual is responsible for bringing in new customers, being the main source of contact for customers, responding to phone calls and emails whilst also being proactive in contacting customers regularly to maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales


• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies


• Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to adjust strategies as needed


• Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing content


• Track, report, and analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field


• Naturally disposed and eager to work in a Sales and Marketing role


• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Comfortable with business technology tools like the CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques

Education

• Minimum of first degree in any discipline from a recognized university
