Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Investment Banking team.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking or a related field.
- This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in originating, structuring, and executing transactions, providing strategic insights to clients, and mentoring junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution & Management:
- Lead the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation.
- Conduct due diligence, market research, and industry analysis to support deal origination and execution.
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other advisory services.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other advisory teams to ensure transactions meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic goals and financial objectives.
- Provide clients with comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions tailored to their needs.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
- Allocate and manage team resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Business Development:
- Support senior management in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver client proposals and pitch presentations to secure mandates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to drive innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA,ACA designation is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis tools.
