We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Revenue Growth and Account Management to join our leadership team.
The AVP will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize account management practices, and enhance customer relationships.
This individual will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, improving client retention, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to key accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategies aimed at driving revenue growth across existing and new accounts.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales and revenue growth targets with overall organizational goals.
Identify new market opportunities and build actionable plans to increase sales and profitability.
Oversee the management and growth of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Lead efforts to retain and grow business with existing clients, focusing on up-sell, cross-sell, and contract renewals.
Lead and mentor a team of account managers and revenue growth professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively identifying issues and resolving them promptly.
Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, account growth, and client engagement to senior leadership.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both revenue growth and account management.
Utilize data and analytics to track performance, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and managing high-value client accounts.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders at all levels.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
