  • We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Revenue Growth and Account Management to join our leadership team.

  • The AVP will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize account management practices, and enhance customer relationships.

  • This individual will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, improving client retention, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to key accounts.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution skills.



Responsibilities




  • Lead the development and execution of strategies aimed at driving revenue growth across existing and new accounts.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales and revenue growth targets with overall organizational goals.

  • Identify new market opportunities and build actionable plans to increase sales and profitability.

  • Oversee the management and growth of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

  • Lead efforts to retain and grow business with existing clients, focusing on up-sell, cross-sell, and contract renewals.

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers and revenue growth professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively identifying issues and resolving them promptly.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, account growth, and client engagement to senior leadership.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both revenue growth and account management.

  • Utilize data and analytics to track performance, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and managing high-value client accounts.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
