Job Summary
- The Engine Oil and Tyres Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of automotive lubricants and tyres, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- This role involves actively seeking new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential clients such as car dealers, fleet operators, garages, and retail stores.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and strategic account management.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and offer suitable solutions to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability.
Market Research & Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and retain existing customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent post-sales service, ensuring timely product delivery and addressing any complaints or issues promptly.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Product Knowledge & Promotions:
- Stay updated on the latest industry developments, product innovations, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of using high-quality engine oil and tyres.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in automotive products (lubricants or tyres).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive lubricants and tyres is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
