Job Summary




  • The Engine Oil and Tyres Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of automotive lubricants and tyres, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • This role involves actively seeking new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:




  • Identify and approach potential clients such as car dealers, fleet operators, garages, and retail stores.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and strategic account management.

  • Provide detailed product knowledge and offer suitable solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability.



Market Research & Intelligence:




  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and retain existing customers.



Customer Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Provide excellent post-sales service, ensuring timely product delivery and addressing any complaints or issues promptly.



Reporting & Documentation:




  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.



Product Knowledge & Promotions:




  • Stay updated on the latest industry developments, product innovations, and promotional campaigns.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of using high-quality engine oil and tyres.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in automotive products (lubricants or tyres).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.



Skills:




  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of automotive lubricants and tyres is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
