Job Summary

• The Education and Product Knowledge Specialist will be responsible for reviewing all product literature, creating comprehensive training materials, and delivering in-depth training sessions to staff. The role will focus on enhancing team understanding of our organic products, ingredients, and benefits while aligning training programs with the company’s sales strategies and policies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in training, sales education, or product knowledge roles, preferably in cosmetics or a related industry.


• Strong knowledge of organic cosmetics and skincare.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other training tools.
