Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Officer to oversee and manage multiple brands across various industries.

  • The ideal candidate must be well- versed in social media strategy, content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

  • This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of marketing communications, brand positioning, and digital trends.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across multiple social media platforms while ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.

  • The person should be an excellent team player, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to both collective and individual success.



Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management:




  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands.

  • Create engaging, high-quality content tailored for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting aligned with each brand's goals.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a professional manner.



Content Creation & Branding:




  • Develop creative, brand-aligned visual and written content in collaboration with graphic designers and content teams.

  • Ensure all social media content aligns with brand tone, voice, and marketing objectives.

  • Write compelling captions, articles, and marketing copy for campaigns and promotions.



Marketing Communication & Campaign Management:




  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support digital advertising and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor social media trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for brand differentiation.Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, conversions, and follower growth.

  • Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Generate regular reports on social media insights and campaign effectiveness.



Cross-functional Collaboration:




  • Coordinate with marketing, PR, and design teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

  • Work alongside customer service teams to address inquiries and maintain a positive brand image.

  • Assist with other marketing activities as required, ensuring a holistic approach to brand management.



Required Skills & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands and work across diverse industries.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.

  • Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing is a plus.

  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).

  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.

  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and strategic goals.
