Job Description
The Role
- Developing new leads for Key Account Managers and assist in identifying and follow up on business leads and assuring new appointments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact customers directly by telephone to make sales and arranging appointments
- Build repeat sales, contact existing customers and also prospecting through the internet, magazines, yellow pages and use of any necessary platforms to qualify prospects.
- Offer existing customers running offers, additional products or services when they call to place orders.
- Create awareness to the customers on new products or promotions
- Contact the customers after a sale to check whether they are satisfied with the company services/products
- Assist to achieve the sales targets on monthly basis
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondences with customers and prospects
- Prepare daily activities sales reports
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role in a busy office
- Fluent with clear speaking voice.
- Able to start working immediately.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
Salary
NGN 840,000 - 870,000 / Annum.
