  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities




  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding properties, pricing, and services

  • Resolve client complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and property management

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to clients

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments



Requirements




  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Segree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
