Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and minimizing financial risks.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure projects meet the required standards and specifications.6. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management of potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.8. Lead and manage project teams, including site staff, engineers, and administrative personnel.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of success.
- Professional certifications, such as PMP, CM, or LEED AP, are desirable.
- Excellent project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in construction software and technology.
