Job Summary




  • Our client is seeking a proactive, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to elevate their digital presence and drive business growth.

  • This role requires someone who thrives on innovation, understands audience engagement, and can craft compelling content that generates measurable results.

  • The ideal candidate will take ownership of our social media strategy, ensuring that every post, campaign, and interaction aligns with business goals and delivers tangible impact.



Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Content Development:




  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with Eltees Farms’ marketing and sales objectives.

  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content (text, graphics, videos, reels) for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube.

  • Implement and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

  • Stay ahead of social media trends and leverage them to enhance engagement and visibility.



Community Engagement & Growth:




  • Proactively engage with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to expand reach and credibility.

  • Develop and execute interactive campaigns (challenges, giveaways, contests) to boost engagement and follower growth.



Analytics & Performance Optimization:




  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights from analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

  • Use data to inform strategy, optimize content, and improve ROI on campaigns.

  • Conduct A/B testing on content types, posting times, and ad creatives to maximize impact.



Advertising & Lead Generation:




  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns that drive conversions and business growth.

  • Optimize ad targeting, copy, and creatives based on performance insights.

  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure social media efforts contribute to revenue generation.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in any relevant field

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

  • Proven track record of growing social media engagement and conversions.

  • Experience using social media analytics tools and ad management platforms.

  • Graphic design, video editing, and photography skills are a plus.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
