  • The Verification Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of verification operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The role focuses on client retention, business development, project management, data analysis, and leveraging technology to enhance verification processes. This position also entails expanding the verification service portfolio, leading a high-performing team, and maintaining secure data management practices. The Verification Manager drives operational excellence through process optimization and innovation while fostering strong client relationships and ensuring adherence to data protection and privacy regulations.



Job Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture strong client relationships, driving retention and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:




  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years in verification or Human Resources, with at least 2 years of experience managing a portal or similar systems.

  • A master's degree is an added advantage.

  • Certifications in Human Resources, Project Management, or Compliance Standards will be highly valued.

  • Strong leadership, project management, and team-building skills.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting abilities.

  • Expertise in client relationship management and business development.

  • Advanced knowledge of verification processes, tools, and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with verification platforms and related technologies.

  • Knowledge of data protection tools and systems for secure data management.
