Position Overview

• We are looking for a talented and creative social media manager/content creator to join our team. 


• This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, storytelling, and brand engagement, with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. 


• You’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence, crafting engaging content, and creating strategies that connect our brand to prospective clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals.


• Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).


• Engage with our audience through regular posts, comments, and messages to build community and brand loyalty.


• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns and promotions.


• Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and optimize engagement.


• Stay updated on real estate trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field


• 5 years proven experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or a related industry


• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing software)


• Strong written and visual communication skills


• Demonstrated ability to grow and engage a social media audience


• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and trends


• Creativity, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail.
