Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Investment Manager to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investments, finance, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector


• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential investments


• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, investors, and other stakeholders


• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and other materials to support investment decisions


• Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement investment strategies


• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments


• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with investments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field


• Professional certification (e.g. RICS, CFA) preferred


• 5 years of experience in real estate investments, finance, or a related field


• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations


• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
