About The Role
- The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and strengthen digital and social media presence. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of social media and digital communication trends, and a proven track record in organizing high-impact events. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, adept at crafting compelling brand narratives, and skilled in managing stakeholder relationships. Additionally, they will collaborate across teams to drive marketing initiatives, and enhance occupants engagement through innovative events and strategic partnerships.
You will report to the Head, Group Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Leverage extensive networks with social media influencers, social clubs (online and offline), and brand ambassadors to foster engagement.
- Develop and execute campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive audience growth and interaction.
- Monitor trends and implement innovative social media strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Event Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement creative event concepts and social initiatives to enhance community engagement and interaction.
- Organize and oversee high-impact events and social gatherings within the community, ensuring strong attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams/ Occupants and external partners to execute seamless events that align with the company’s brand and objectives.
Community Management & Client Engagement
- Foster a vibrant and inclusive community by organizing networking social activities, and workshops tailored to young professionals.
- Develop initiatives that encourage collaboration, shared experiences, and a sense of belonging among co-living residents.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Manage external communication channels, including press releases, company branding, and marketing media.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, agents, and key stakeholders to amplify brand presence.
Digital & Data-Driven Marketing
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Optimize digital communication strategies based on insights and trends.
- Manage online reputation and digital PR efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a communications, marketing, or social media management role.
- Proven experience in community building, event organization, and influencer engagement.
- Demonstrated success in digital marketing and brand management across various channels
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube) and best practices
- Experience in digital communication strategies, including content creation, audience engagement, and online reputation management.
