- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth in our Real Estate, Financial Services, and Wellness (Alkaline Water) divisions.
- The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in different spheres of life while identifying and closing high-value deals across these sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and investors.
- Promote and sell real estate properties, financial products/services, and wellness solutions (alkaline water systems).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in all business divisions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and long-term partnerships.
- Organize and attend corporate presentations, networking events, trade fairs, and industry exhibitions.
- Negotiate and close high-value property, financial, and wellness product deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct property site visits, product demonstrations, and investment advisory sessions.
- Maintain an updated database of corporate leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to execute sales campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1 -3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, financial services, or wellness products.
- Proven track record of closing high-value sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in selling to organizations, high-net-worth individuals, and institutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook)
- Understanding of investment trends, financial products, real estate markets, and health/wellness solutions.
- Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
