Job Description




  • Proposals and activation mechanics development, including field implementation.

  • Acquire event and activation briefs.

  • Prepare event and activation and other event-related proposals and budget.

  • Execute activation and other related projects.

  • Ensure proper legal and regulatory approvals are sought before event execution

  • Retention of clients and revenue maximization.

  • Participates in strategy discussions in setting a bulls-eye target for client and agency

  • Engage in proactive thoughts and generate new ideas for clients.

  • Participate in developing and executing annual client target setting and strategy review.

  • Provide timely follow-up on all relevant inquiries.

  • Leads execution of the program according to budget and timelines

  • Manage both existing and new accounts with the same professionalism.

  • Understanding clients' requirements and strategizing on how to meet clients' needs.

  • Discuss alternative marketing, promotion, and communication strategies with the client.

  • Prepare weekly reports of client's and vendors' transactions with the agency.

  • Handle financial issues with the client ( timely estimation & collection)

  • Ensure agency profitability.

  • Training of BAs and communicating the brands' personalities efficiently.

  • Liaise with all internal departments, approved vendors, and service providers to ensure the smooth flow of all assigned projects.

  • Any other duty as may be assigned. KPI

  • Ensure the activation budget is accurate ensuring agency profitability.

  • Must actively participate in brainstorming sessions.



Requirements




  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • Track record in brand marketing

  • 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in advertising and media agency

  • Motivated self-starter, able to work independently and follow processes with minimal supervision.

  • Interest in the consumer goods industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Vendor management.

  • Experience with experiential and promotional events and marketing campaigns a plus.
