Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
- Identify and analyze potential markets, clients, and business opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target prospective clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending events.
- Develop and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the point of contact for client concerns and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships
Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English.
