Key Responsibilities




  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep to ensure an efficient working environment.

  • Records & Documentation: Maintain organized records, company files, and correspondence.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and company events.

  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Handle office procurement needs and liaise with suppliers for goods and services.

  • HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining attendance records, and supporting HR processes.

  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure administrative policies comply with company standards and generate necessary reports.

  • Facility & Asset Management: Oversee office facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and security.

  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle internal and external communications professionally.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, office management, or HR support.

  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures, procurement, and record-keeping.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
