Job Description
The Marketer will be responsible for driving the company's growth by generating leads and converting them into loyal clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Actively canvassing designated areas to promote and sell MPI’s services.
- Assisting in the development and execution of effective marketing strategies.
- Demonstrating product features and service offerings to potential customers.
- Contacting leads and setting up sales presentations, both online and in-person.
- Completing and submitting order forms for processing.
- Attending trade shows, events, and other industry-related gatherings to boost brand visibility.
- Preparing compelling sales proposals and maintaining regular sales reports.
- Promoting and selling MPI’s health insurance products as part of the company’s diverse service offerings.
- Ensuring compliance with sales objectives and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Keeping up-to-date with the company’s products, services, and the competitive landscape.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Performing any other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

- Demonstrated experience in customer relations, people management, and the ability to solve logistical challenges.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales techniques, particularly in service-oriented industries.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of Secondary School Certificate completion.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the respective role.
- Proven track record of successfully solving logistical challenges and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience in customer relationship management and team coordination.
- A strong commitment to working with MPI for a minimum duration of six months.
