Location: Lagos Mainland 



Job profile 




  • Assist to develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Set strategy to manage employee communications that ensure employees understand and support company strategies, principles and initiatives, and the impact on employee’s day-to day activities in close collaboration with HR and Admin department. 

  • Develop, manage and produce effective communications tools C platforms, such as company magazines, corporate literature and internal campaigns, that ensure staff are aware of and support business initiatives and success. 

  • Develop and manage the development of annual communications cycle plans that incorporates functional and company requirements as well as supports the company’s plan and focus. 

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including the Media, PR Agencies, NGOs, and Influencers. 



Minimum Requirements




  • First Degree or its equivalent Business, Communications, or its equivalent in other business related discipline. 

  • Master’s degree in in relevant Social/Management Sciences and other related discipline is an added advantage 

  • Relevant Professional certification is a plus 

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory role in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. 

  • Proven track record of managing corporate communication effectively. 

  • Nature of Work: Day and Onsite
