Job Summary:
Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Customer Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of excellent service across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Customer Experience team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer journey and experience.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives to uphold the company’s service standards.
- Implement customer experience best practices to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 4 - 6 years of proven experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and implement customer-centric solutions.
- Must reside within Ajah or its environs.
- Customer Experience certification is an added advantage.
