Brit Transport Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and must reside within the Ajah environment for an easy commute.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.

  • Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Good knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations.

  • Must reside in Ajah or nearby areas.
