  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to lead our team at Snowtea. 

  • As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 

  • You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of product quality and service, while fostering a positive, high-energy work environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the team to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Operations & Inventory Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth flow from opening to closing. Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure stock is organized and readily available to avoid disruptions in service.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality and consistency, ensuring all beverages meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and safety. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and food safety standards.

  • Sales & Performance Tracking: Drive sales and achieve store targets by promoting sales, new products, and seasonal offerings.

  • Financial Management: Oversee cash handling, daily transactions, and prepare financial reports.

  • Scheduling & Staff Management: Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.

  • Marketing & Promotions: Support local marketing and promotional efforts to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team on new promotions, loyalty programs, and events to keep customers engaged.

  • Maintaining Brand Standards: Uphold the company’s brand image and values. Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere for customers.



Qualifications




  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in management or supervisory role in a fast-casual restaurant, café, or retail setting.



Skills:




  • Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Basic financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, sales, and inventory.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
