We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to lead our team at Snowtea.
As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of product quality and service, while fostering a positive, high-energy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the team to ensure excellent customer service.
Operations & Inventory Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth flow from opening to closing. Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure stock is organized and readily available to avoid disruptions in service.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
Quality Control: Monitor product quality and consistency, ensuring all beverages meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and safety. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and food safety standards.
Sales & Performance Tracking: Drive sales and achieve store targets by promoting sales, new products, and seasonal offerings.
Scheduling & Staff Management: Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Marketing & Promotions: Support local marketing and promotional efforts to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team on new promotions, loyalty programs, and events to keep customers engaged.
Maintaining Brand Standards: Uphold the company’s brand image and values. Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in management or supervisory role in a fast-casual restaurant, café, or retail setting.
Skills:
Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
Basic financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, sales, and inventory.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
