  • Strong Business Acumen

  • Experience in HRM Product Development

  • OD and Change Management Experience

  • Project Management Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken advocacy skills

  • Digital-savvy

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and influencing skills

  • Membership of CIPM, Lean Six Sigma-trained/certified and postgraduate graduate degree in HRM are preferred

  • A track record of excellence is essential

  • Experience in driving HRM transformational projects.
