• Development and Implementation of HR Transformation Strategy that supports business goals


• Implementing Organizational Development & Change Programs


• Development and Deployment of STrategic HRM solutions across the organization


• Building the capacity of line managers to drive HRM initiatives


• Measuring and Evaluating the impact of HRM initiatives


• Managing HRM Risks


• Process Improvement and HR-Tech Innovation


• Supporting organizational leaders and championing HRM initiatives.
