SUMMARY:




  • The Store Operations Supervisor will work in our fast paced shop locations using leadership skills to manage all staff members and day-to-day grocery store operations, provide customer service, and solve problems as needed.

  • The store supervisor will work as a shift leader, directing the daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including shelf arrangement, service delivery, customer relations, gadget maintenance, team management, inventory management, financial accountability, and other duties as required or assigned.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Operational Management: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and train a team of associates to meet performance and customer service standards.

  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, coordinate stock orders, and oversee regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure store policies and procedures are followed, maintaining a safe and clean working environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.

  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on store performance, including sales metrics, employee performance, and inventory control.

  • Problem Solving: Address any operational issues or customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, finding effective solutions.

  • Store Presentation: Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and consistently aligned with brand standards.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic decision-making.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field

  • Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role(minimum 1 year).

  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of inventory management and retail systems.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
