Job Description
Our Client in the hospitality industry is seeking to hire a Restaurant supervisor who will be tasked with ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly. This includes managing staff schedules, managing inventory, responding to customer complaints and resolving them as well as ensuring compliance with all food health and safety requirements.
SALARY : 157,800 Gross
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
- Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew, and cashiers
- Maintain high-quality food standards
- Oversee the kitchen staff’s compliance with all health standards and sanitation requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
- Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
- Identify methods the restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
- Manage the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of OND/NCE
- 1-2 years' Experience in a fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel restaurant.
- Must be presentable and well-groomed
- Must be able to speak and communicate efficiently and effectively in English Language
- Must be Smart
