What You’ll Do:
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage a variety of projects, initiatives, and engagement.
- Ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Personal Office Operations:
- Plan and coordinate schedule, including domestic and international travel, visas, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for your principal
- Anticipate and resolve logistical challenges to ensure smooth operations.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage internal stakeholders interactions and meetings

Should-Have:
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role, with strong exposure to a corporate or professional environment
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in productivity tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), calendar management software.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: You actively seek growth, constantly looking for ways to learn, improve, and develop personally and professionally.

- Travel Coordination Experience: Prior experience managing travel logistics and planning complex itineraries.
