Description
- Build and maintain business relationships with customers
- Ensure that customer needs are met and satisfied which leads to increase in the profit of the organization
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive customer database
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
- Confer with Client Experience to resolve customer complaints and dissatisfaction.
- Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers
- Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies to existing/ potential customers.
- Employ marketing skills in order to achieve the sales target of the Outlet
- Perform other duties as assigned by Client Experience.
Qualifications
- OND in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Management.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Competency and Skill Requirements:
- Good understanding of the products and service offerings of PDSL and the peculiarities of their specific operating environment
- Appreciation of concepts in business development and marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
