Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Retail sales team. 

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to engage potential customers over the phone. 

  • This role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing sales deals to meet and exceed targets.



Responsibilities




  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messages.

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to enhance sales opportunities.

  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.

  • Negotiate sales deals and close transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to enhance sales strategies.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business goals.



Qualifications

Educational Qualification:




  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.



Experience:




  • 2 – 4 years in telesales or telemarketing or similar in the role of a sales executive.



Skills Requirements:




  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
