Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Retail sales team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to engage potential customers over the phone.
- This role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing sales deals to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
- Negotiate sales deals and close transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to enhance sales strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 – 4 years in telesales or telemarketing or similar in the role of a sales executive.
Skills Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
