Job Summary
- Monitor and co-ordinate all activities of the Inbound/outbound calls’ platform and ensure accurate and timely information and quality service is delivered to all ARM customers and prospects. Generate and convert leads by upselling and cross selling ARM’s products and services
Job Details
- Respond to all enquiries, requests and complaints from prospects and customers via inbound/outbound calls.
- Acquire and actively seek to increase all knowledge available to be solution providers to customers.
- Create and ensure use of the knowledge bank for all products of the ARM group as a guide in customer interactions.
- Actively cross sell and up sell ARM products via inbound/outbound calls.
- Actively promote customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and advocacy via inbound/outbound calls with clear financial measurements.
- Communicate effectively with all departments within the organisation to ensure adequate feedback is received/provided to serve customers effectively.
- Provide periodic reports to show statistical data of customers’ interactions with the organisation.
- Develop new strategies and respond positively to new initiatives brought into practice making sure they easily become part of the superlative customer experience.
- Provide weekly plan/reports and any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Head of department
