Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced “Bid and Tender Lead" that will be responsible for overseeing the entire bid and tender process within a company, including identifying potential opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor market trends, industry publications, and client networks to identify potential bid and tender opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
- Analyze tender documents, assess client needs, and develop comprehensive bid strategies including pricing, technical approach, and differentiation points to maximize win probability.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams from various departments (sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information, develop proposal content, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Bid and Tendering and relevant discipline.
- A degree in Contract and Procurement, research and buyer qualification,
- An experienced Technical/Planner with required qualifications and ability to lead an engineering Team.
- A background in document control and other qualification.
