Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Business Growth:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategic plans to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position the company effectively.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals.
Content Creation & Brand Management:
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Oversee brand messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to create compelling marketing materials.
- Lead content marketing initiatives that drive traffic, lead generation, and customer retention.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure a unified brand and business strategy.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and creativity.
Campaign Management & Performance Tracking:
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics, feedback, and industry trends.
Public Relations & Community Engagement:
- Manage corporate communications and public relations strategies.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand positioning.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.
