Responsibilities
Maintenance Management Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisors, technicians, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage maintenance department budgets, including labor costs, maintenance costs, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Develop and implement quality and safety standards.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Supervise and allocate workload to upkeep staff.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, office supplies, and vehicles.
- Process purchase requests and maintain records of usage.
- Oversee vehicle insurance, claims, and maintenance.
Reporting and Compliance
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Review and analyze maintenance department financials.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
- Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree with 8 years relevant work experience.
