Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for identifying, documenting and maintaining necessary company policies and procedures while working with the internal stakeholders and proposing and implementing improvements to ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of the company’s objectives. The role also monitors effective process implementation as it may be assigned
- Monitor assigned processes such as OLA for efficiency and continual improvement.
- Work with an Auditor to audit assigned processes and reporting of findings.
- Ensure closure of audit findings (internal audit and process audit) including recommendations and any identified process gaps.
- Document, maintain, and update procedures and policies; and monitor implementation of assigned processes.
- Review existing processes, propose improvements and update business processes to meet changing business needs.
- Ensure prompt communication of approved documentation and management of document tracker.
- Create communication design for company-wide awareness purposes.
- Ensure prompt update, tracking, analysis and reporting of status of assigned business processes.
- Perform additional tasks as may be assigned by Superior Officers.
