Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the franchise brand and drive customer engagement.
- Manage digital and offline marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and PR.
- Create content for marketing materials, websites, and social media to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance to optimize strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Develop partner engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize training sessions, webinars, and networking events for franchisees.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
- Gather insights from franchise partners and customers to refine marketing strategies.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance the franchise network's overall experience.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing, communications, or partner management (preferably in franchise or distribution business).
- Strong communication, relationship management, digital marketing, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the distribution, retail, or franchise industry.
