Gamma Mobility is seeking an Acquisition Officer responsible for generating leads, following up on potential customers, and ensuring seamless onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to convert leads into active customers.
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers through customer referrals, field agents, digital channels, and ride-hailing platform partnerships.
Organize and participate in community outreach programs and marketing activations to boost customer acquisition.
Track and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates.
Guide potential customers through the onboarding process, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Schedule and facilitate customer visits to Gamma Mobility Hubs for profiling and evaluation.
Maintain accurate records of lead engagement and conversion progress in CRM tools.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from the first interaction to onboarding.
Educate potential customers on Gamma Mobility's leasing, financing, and vehicle options.
Monitor and report on acquisition channel performance, identifying the most effective lead sources.
Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and acquisition challenges.
Support the continuous improvement of acquisition strategies through data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
Good understanding of business development, customer acquisition strategies, and sales processes.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition roles, preferably within the gig economy, tech, or mobility sectors.
Proven track record of acquiring new customers, or business partnerships in a competitive market.
Experience with lead generation, outreach strategies, and pipeline management.
Ability to engage potential customers or partners and convert them into long-term relationships or clients.
