Position Summary




  • Gamma Mobility is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer to lead and manage a portfolio of vehicles, ensuring timely repayments, mitigating risk, and maintaining healthy portfolio performance. This role requires strong debt collection expertise, negotiation skills, leadership capabilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the assigned city.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely payments.

  • Monitor portfolio performance and recommend proactive measures to maintain portfolio health.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks in all collection activities.

  • Collaborate with the Field Operations Lead to oversee on-ground collection efforts.

  • Maintain regular engagement with customers, ensuring high repayment compliance and building trust.

  • Negotiate payment plans and offer structured repayment options where necessary.

  • Identify early warning signs of potential defaults and implement preventive strategies.

  • Supervise and mentor Relationship Officers, ensuring their collection targets are met.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share insights, and develop collective strategies for improvement.

  • Provide training and coaching to enhance collection techniques and compliance adherence.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit & Risk, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve disputes effectively.

  • Represent Gamma Mobility in discussions with external recovery agents and legal teams when required.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.

  • Additional certifications in customer relationship management (e.g., CRM, Negotiation, or Sales Training) are a plus

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success roles

  • Proven experience managing key accounts, corporate clients, or strategic partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with contract negotiation, conflict resolution, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to align business goals with client needs and expectations.

  • Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism, empathy, and tact.
