Position Summary




  • Gamma Mobility is seeking an Acquisition Officer responsible for generating leads, following up on potential customers, and ensuring seamless onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to convert leads into active customers.



Responsibilities




  • Identify and acquire new customers through customer referrals, field agents, digital channels, and ride-hailing platform partnerships.

  • Organize and participate in community outreach programs and marketing activations to boost customer acquisition.

  • Track and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates.

  • Guide potential customers through the onboarding process, addressing inquiries and concerns.

  • Schedule and facilitate customer visits to Gamma Mobility Hubs for profiling and evaluation.

  • Maintain accurate records of lead engagement and conversion progress in CRM tools.

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from the first interaction to onboarding.

  • Educate potential customers on Gamma Mobility's leasing, financing, and vehicle options.

  • Monitor and report on acquisition channel performance, identifying the most effective lead sources.

  • Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and acquisition challenges.

  • Support the continuous improvement of acquisition strategies through data-driven recommendations.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.

  • Good understanding of business development, customer acquisition strategies, and sales processes.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition roles, preferably within the gig economy, tech, or mobility sectors.

  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers,  or business partnerships in a competitive market.

  • Experience with lead generation, outreach strategies, and pipeline management.

  • Ability to engage potential customers or partners and convert them into long-term relationships or clients.
