Job Description
Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing with at least 5 years of experience to lead and execute our marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, and optimizing customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Define and enhance Gamma Mobility’s brand identity, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across Nigeria and Ghana.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Lead marketing efforts for new product launches, ensuring proper positioning, promotion, and customer adoption.
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Oversee and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Leverage SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer collaborations to drive organic traffic and engagement.
- Implement A/B testing and data analytics to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies to grow Gamma Mobility’s online presence and drive engagement.
Product Marketing & Launches:
- Work closely with the Product & Operations Teams to create clear product messaging and user education content.
- Develop promotional campaigns to introduce new services and drive adoption within targeted customer segments.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor the Marketing Team, including Digital Marketing Associates, Graphic Designers and PR Associates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to align marketing with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and report insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fintech, mobility, or B2B sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ROI on marketing spend.
