We’re looking for a proactive Online Sales Advisor to join our team! You’ll be responsible for qualifying online leads, managing CRM (HubSpot), and driving sales for Capital Equipment, Spare Parts, and Maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify and convert online leads from platforms like WhatsApp, Social Media, and HMD’s website.
Manage and grow a portfolio of dormant, active, new, and existing accounts.
Master CRM (HubSpot) to log interactions, update records, and generate reports.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and background checks with precision.
Train new team members on HubSpot and ensure seamless lead generation.
Exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Who Should Apply
1–2 years of experience in sales, service, or spare parts within the heavy machinery industry.
Proficient in English (French is a big plus!).
Familiar with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a bonus).
Skilled in Google Workspace (Intermediate level).
A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
