Key Responsibilities




  • Assist project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.

  • Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  • Track project progress and ensure compliance with deadlines and safety regulations.

  • Organize and maintain project files, permits, and contracts.

  • Handle procurement of materials and site logistics support.

  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (real estate or construction experience required)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
