Summary of Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to assess trends, competitors, and business opportunities in logistics fleet electrification.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for 2-wheeler EVs and battery swap solutions.
- Identify pain points and electrification potential for fleet operators, positioning client’s swap infrastructure as the preferred solution.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive B2B sales, securing bulk EV sales and maximizing battery swap adoption among fleet operators.
- Develop tailored value propositions that highlight cost savings and operational benefits.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets, focusing on battery subscription models and vehicle adoption.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and leasing/financing structures for fleet electrification
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
- Build strategic partnerships with logistics operators, fleet managers, and delivery platforms to scale EV adoption.
- Engage OEMs and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and supply agreements for compatible EVs.
- Ensure logistics providers and leasing firms integrate Client’s battery swap network into their fleet offerings.
- Develop pilot programs with large logistics firms to validate the efficiency of Client’s swap stations.
Infrastructure & Fleet Electrification Support
- Expand Client’s battery swap infrastructure by integrating it into fleet operations.
- Support fleet operators in transitioning to EVs by offering consulting on cost savings and route optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align swap stations with fleet needs. Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, leasing firms, and logistics clients to drive retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for fleet expansion and increased swap station usage.
- Gather customer insights to refine battery swap services and infrastructure strategies.
Regulatory & Compliance Awareness
- Stay updated on EV regulations, incentives, and compliance for fleet electrification.
- Ensure business development aligns with regulatory requirements for battery swapping and fleet incentives.
- Engage with policymakers and industry stakeholders to advocate for favorable EV policies.
Reporting & Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze sales performance, swap station adoption, and fleet conversion metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations on business growth and infrastructure expansion.
Requirements
- First degree in any discipline
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships within automotive, EVs, logistics, or mobility sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the last-mile delivery market and its key stakeholders.
- Experience in fleet sales, logistics partnerships, or electric mobility is a strong advantage.
