Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for expansion, and adapt strategies as needed to stay ahead of competitors.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to maximize performance and foster a culture of excellence.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and requirements.

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective networking, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis, historical data, and sales pipeline.

  • Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action as needed to ensure objectives are met.

  • Track and analyze sales metrics, including sales volume, profitability, and market share.

  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

  • Collaborate on product launches, promotions, and other initiatives to drive sales.

  • Implement and utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and streamline processes.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 10years experience.

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with experience in closing big deals

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve targets.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, and with the ability to inspire and motivate others to perform at their best.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
