Maurice Xandra Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive and passionate NYSC Intern to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, recruitment processes, employee relations, and other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Help in coordinating employee training and development programs.
Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluations.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the HR team in handling employee relations and providing assistance to staff queries.
Assist in organizing and executing company events and employee engagement activities.
Participate in HR reporting and analysis tasks to support decision-making processes.
Perform general administrative duties related to HR functions.
Qualifications:
Must be a current member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A keen interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
