We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Van Sales Representative to manage a designated route, selling our products to existing and new customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a designated route, visiting existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
Sell products to customers, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
Process sales orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Promote products, services, and promotions to customers, and provide product demonstrations and training as required.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to management to inform sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and inventory management
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to lift, carry, and transport products, as well as spend long hours on the road.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
