Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze customer needs and deliver customized video surveillance solutions (e.g., IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS platforms, AI analytics systems). Prepare technical proposals, configurations
Technical Enablement:Conduct product training, technical workshops, and live demos to enhance client and internal teams’ understanding of surveillance technologies (e.g., H.265/H.266 encoding, low-light imaging, AI behavior analysis).
Market & Competitor Insights: Monitor industry trends (AIoT, cloud computing, smart city applications) and analyze competitor products to refine competitive strategies.
Project Lifecycle Support: Participate in key project phases, including bidding, PoC testing, deployment, and acceptance. Collaborate with R&D to drive product improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, Security Engineering, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in the security industry, with deep knowledge of video surveillance systems and mainstream products (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview).
Strong technical foundation in video codecs, network transmission, storage solutions, and AI-driven functionalities (e.g., facial recognition, perimeter protection).
Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Willingness to travel occasionally.
